Returns and Exchanges

Here at LEaO OPTiCs we understand that it can be a difficult task ordering eyewear online with out trying them on first.  That is why we offer a 30 Day Return/Exchange policy.  If for what ever reason during the first 30 days of receiving your LEaO OPTiCS Sunglasses you are not happy with the fit or style you can send them back to us for an exchange or full refund.

If you wish to return please email  LEaOOPTiCs@gmail.com and give us a heads up so we can keep an eye out for your package.  Also let us know what style you wish to exchange for.  Please return with all original items (Bamboo Box, Micro Fiber Bag and sunglasses).  If you have the original cardboard box and shipping box with foam please ship back to us using that.  Ship USPS 1ST Class in the USA.

If you wish to return your glasses for a full refund follow the same directions above and when we receive them you will be refunded right away.

 

Warranty

Our LEaO OPTiCS Bamboo Sunglasses come with a 90 Day Replacement Warranty against all manufacture defects.  Simply notify our customer service department concerning the issue with your LEaO OPTiCS Sunglasses (such as screw fell out, splitting of material, unwarranted breakage) and we will most likely require some photos of the damaged pair. If its deemed a manufacture issue we will send you out a replacement pair ASAP.

 

Our RIGIDO ECO FRAMES due to the construction come with a 1 Year Replacement  Warranty in any event of breakage or manufacture defect.  

 

"OH NO PLAN"

LEaO OPTiCS offers the "Oh No Plan" which will cover your BAMBOO or WOOD glasses for 180 Days after purchase.  If you were to break your pair of sunglass by dropping them, sit on them, running them over with your car or any other form of accidental damage/breakage we will sell you another pair at 40% off the retail value.  Just simply contact our customer service department and notify them off your issue, send us a picture of the damage pair  and we will issue you a 1x coupon code to order your pair at a discounted retail value.
